5.3 Partners & Integrations from Third Parties Links to third-party websites or services, such as third-party integrations, co-branded services, or third-party-branded services ("Third Party Partners"), may be found on the Humonics Global Platform. When you connect with them, you can be giving information directly to the Third Party Partner, Humonics Global, or both. Humonics Global neither owns nor controls these Third Party Partners. When it comes to the gathering, utilizing, and disclosing of information, these Third Party Partners will have their own policies. 6.1 Your Information Management. Through your Account settings, you have access to and can alter some of your information. 6.2 Correction of Incomplete or Inaccurate Information. You have the right to request that we change any false or incorrect information we may have on you that is not already updated in your Humonics Global Account.
6.3 Access to and portability of data. You may have the right to obtain copies of your personal information that we maintain under the law in some jurisdictions. You may also be able to ask for copies of your personal information that you've given to us in a format that is structured, generally accepted, and machine-readable and/or ask us to send it to another service provider (if that is technically possible).
6.4 Removing Consent and Limiting Processing. You can revoke your consent at any time if we are processing your personal data based on it by editing your Account settings or by sending a communication to Humonics Global indicating which consent you are revocating. Please be aware that the legality of any processing operations carried out in reliance on your consent before it was withdrawn is unaffected by your decision to withdraw it. Additionally, you may be able to limit how we use your personal information in some jurisdictions under applicable law, particularly if (i) you contest the accuracy of your personal information, (ii) the processing is unlawful and you object to its erasure, or (iii) we no longer need your personal information.
6.5 Denial of processing. When processing is based on a legitimate interest, you may be able to demand under some jurisdictions' laws that Humonics Global refrain from using your personal information for those particular purposes (including profiling). Humonics Global and/or Humonics Global Payments will stop processing your personal information for these purposes if you object to the processing, unless we can show compelling legitimate justifications for the processing or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Residents of Vermont and California. Except as required or permitted by the law of your state, Humonics Global Payments will not divulge any of the data it obtains about you to its affiliates or any third parties, whether or not they are financial.
Rights to privacy in California. California law entitles California residents who use our services to request and obtain from us once a year, without charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. This list must also include the type of personal information that was disclosed to those third parties. Where to send such requests can be found in the "Contact Us" section. Without your prior authorization, Humonics Global does not divulge personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing needs. Therefore, by withdrawing consent, you can stop the dissemination of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
According to what was previously stated, some of the data we get through the Platform is protected health information under HIPAA or is otherwise protected by the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. Therefore, the California Consumer Privacy Act (the CCPA) does not apply to our Platform practices.
